We Are Now OPEN!!

WE ARE NOW OPEN!!  

Welcome!  Welcome!  Finally, we have launched our first cosmetics and skin care only retail outlet on the net!  Yes, we still sell those gorgeous artificial flowers, but have separated the make up and will work on the flowers later in the Spring I imagine, on our other website ( yes, the one that went down 7 months ago, and they still can't get it back online.. thank goodness for #freewebstore.com!)  Will tell you more about that when we are back up and running. For now, beautyandblooms.co.uk is on a long pause unfortunately. 

So for now it's Top Dolly and great cosmetics and skin care, and we are finally OPEN!  We spent December and the early part of January, stocking our shelves, so that we can offer you some truly amazing bargains and wonderful cosmetics.  There are still more shelves to fill, so come back often to see what new products we have available.

We are also planning our social media rise to fame! (ha!)  As we are brand new, it will take a while for us to begin our online venture, so join us, follow us and let us know what you think, we would love to hear from you.
