RETURNS POLICY
You have 14 days to cancel the contract, Should you wish to cancel your contract, please notify us by email in the first instance and await our authorisation for you to return the parcel to us and to which address. We will refund you on receipt of the goods. Parcels are returned to us at your cost. Please always use a tracked postal service as we will not be responsible if your parcel is lost or damaged, in this case you would need to make a claim against the party who were responsible to deliver your item to us. A contract may not be cancelled when there has been a failure to collect the parcel from a sorting office or click & collect parcel shop. If you have received an item that is damaged or faulty, you can return it to us if authorised to do or we may ask for photographic evidence of the damage, including the orginal packaging in the photo. Where the item is deemed faulty or damaged , we will send you a replacement if stock is available. Only where the item is out of stock, we will issue you with a full refund. Items need be returned to us within 14 days, from the day you receive your order if you wish to cancel. For any other reason, you must notify us immediately to discuss further your reason for wishing to return, as the 14 day period does not apply for reasons other than cancelling the contract.
